BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY Of EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION li That a variation from the side and rear yard regulations of the Evanston Zoning Ordinance adopted November 21, 1960, so far as said regulations pertain to the property in the City of Evanston located at 1431 Elmwood Avenue, and legally described as - • The South 40 ft. of Lot 2 in Obadiah Huse's Resubdivision of Block 51 in the Village of Evanston, in they SKr of Section 18, Township 41 North, Flange 14 East of the Third principal Meridian, in the City of Evanston, Cook County, Illinois, Is hereby granted, permitted and made so as to permit Calvary Baptist Church to construct an addition to the existing church structure for educational facilities, upon the aforesaid property to a point within 5 ft. of the east property line, in accordance with the plans submitted before the Zoning Board of Appeals. SECTION 2; The Director of Building is ordered and directed to grant a permit to Calvary Baptist Church, all in accordance with the findings and recommendations ©f the Zoning 'Board of Appeals. 0 • SECTION 3; This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval, according to law.
