Ader for a Variation from the Front 'Yard Regulations of the Evanston Zoning Ordinance Adopted November 21, I960. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOISi SECTION It That a variation from the front yard regulations of the Evanston Zoning Ordinance adapted November 21, 1960, so far as said regulations pertain to the property in the City of Evanston located at 715 Hinman Avenue, and legally described as - Lot 9 (except the Last 29.9 it. thereof) in Block 3 in Kedzie and Keeney's Addition, being a Subdivision • of that part of the South half of the North half of the Southeast quarter of Section 19, Township 41 North, Range 14, East of the Third Principal Meridian, .lying East of Green Bay toad, also that part of the North half of the North half of the South half of said Southeast quarter East of the Chicago and North Western. Railroad, in Cook County, Illinois, is hereby granted, permitted and made so as to permit A.E. Ader to construct a 7-unit apartment building on said property with a front yard setback of 13.35 ft. instead of the 27 ft. requirement of the zoning ordinance. SECTION 2: The director of Building is ordered and directed to grant a permit to A.E. Ader, all in accordance with the findings and retom- mendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
