AN ORDINANCE
Granting the Appeal of Surd K.
and Margaret Schori for a Varia-
tion from the Use Regulations of
the Evanston Zoning Ordinance,
Adopted November 21, 1960,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL Of THE CITY OF
EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: That a variation from the
use regulations of the Evans{on
Zoning Ordinance, adopted November 210 19600 so far as said
regulations pertain to the property in the City of Evanston,
located at 2716 Noyes Street and legally described as:
Lot 6 in Arthur Dunas' Second Addition to Lincoln-
wood being a Subdivision of Lots 1 to 5 both
inclusive and Lots 11 to 15 inclusive all in
Block 3 in A. McDaniel's Addition to Evanston,
being a Subdivision of that portion of SEA of
SE/ of Section 11, T 41 N. Mange 13, East of
the Third Principal Meridian, Situated South
`of Ewing's Addition and West of Country Road,
Cook County, Illinois,
is hereby granted, permitted and made so as to permit Ward K.
and Margaret Schori to continue tle operation of a printing press
on the aforesaid premises for a period of six months from April
3, 1962, provided that there shall be no increase in the volume
of worm done, no advertising for worm, no ,sign on or about the
premises, no employees not residing on the premises, and the
operation of said press shall be limited to the use of the single
auotmatic electric 10" x 15" press in use at thetime of the
hearing, all in accordance with the recommendations of the Zoning
Hoard. of Appeals.
• SECTION 2s The Director of Building
and Zoning is ordered and
directed to grant a permit to Ward K. and Margaret Schori, all

in accordance with the findings and recommendations of the
Zoning Board of Appeals.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from
and after Its passage and, approval, ,according to law,
