Milligan for a Variation from the Side Yard Regulations of the Evan- ston Zoning Ordinance, adopted November 21, 1960. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION 1: That a variation from the side yard regulations of the Evanston Zoning Ordinance, adopted November 210 1960, so far as said regulations pertain to the property in the City of Evanston, located at 2440 Lincolnwood Drive, and legally described as - Lot Twenty -Six (26), (except the South Five (5) feet thereof), in David F. Curtin's • Addition to Lincolnwood, being a subdivision In the South East Quarter of Fractional Section Eleven (11) Township 41 North, Range 13, East of the Third Principal Meridian, reference being had to the plat thereof, recorded October 20, 1921 as Document No. 7302905 in Cook County, Illinois, 0 is hereby granted, permitted and made so as to permit Robert L. Milligan to construct a sine -story room addition to the south side of his single family residence at 2440 Lincolnwood Drive with a side yard of one foot on the south, provided the south wall of the proposed addition shall not be greater than 20 feet in length, all in accordance with the recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals. SECTION 2: The Director of Building and Zoning is ordered and directed to grant a permit to Robert L..Milligan, all in accordance 0 038 with the findings and recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
