BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION 1: All that part of Grove Street lying west of the westerly right-of-way line of the Chicago and North Western Rail- way Company, and east of the property line, projected, of Dodge Avenue, and all that part of the 16 foot public alley lying east of and adjoining Lots 10, 11, and 12 in Block 5, Hinman's Addition to Evanston, and north of the westerly right-of-way line of the Chicago and North Western Railway Company, and legally described as - All that part of Grove Street lying west of the westerly right-of-way line of the Chicago and North Western Railway Company and east of the east property line, projected, of Dodge Avenue, together with the vacation of that part of the sixteen (16) foot Public Alley 1 in east of and adjoining lots ten (10), eleven My and twelve (12) in Block 5, Hinman's Addition to Evanston, and north of the westerly right-of-way line of the Chicago and North Western Railway Company, all in the S.E.
