Granting the Appeal of Ur. Martin
D. Unterman for a Variation from
Noncohforming Buildings, Structures,
and Use Regulations of the Evanston
Zoning Ordinance, Adapted November 21,
1960.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY0 ILLINOI a s
SECTION l.z That a variation from the
nonconforming buildings,
structures, :and use regulations of the Evanston Zoning Ordinance,
adopted. November 21, 1960 so far as said regulations pertLn to
the property in the City of Evanston, located at 1235 Ridge
Avenue, and legally described as -
The northerly bq feet, (as measured on Ridge
Avenue) of the West 164 feet of Lot 3 and
all of the hest 160 feet of Lot 2 ( except
the northorly 50 feet as measured can Ridge
Avenue) in Blau 2 in a. A. Crain's Subdivi-
sion of the Nl� of the NWY4 of the NW/4 of
Section 19, Township 4.1 North, Range 14$
East of the Third Principal. Meridian, Cook
County, Illinois,
is hereby granted, permitted and ,made so as to permit Dr. Martin
D. Unterrman the expansion of a nonconforming single-family use
i in a coach house located at the rear of 1235 Ridge Avenue, all,
in accordance with the recommendations of the Zoning Board of
Appeals*

SECTION 2: The Director of Building
and Zoning Is ordered and
• directed to grant a permit to Dr. Martin 0. Unterman, all in
accordance with the findings and recommendations of the Zoning
Board of Appeals.
