BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION 1: All that portion of the 16 foot alley extending north from Grant Street a distance of 408.45 feet and the 8 foot alley extending 152 feet west to McDaniel Avenue,and legally described as - All that part of the 8 foot public alley lying north of and adjoining Lot 1 and the 16 foot public alley lying east of and adjoining Lots 1 to 8 inclusive, in Broomell's Subdivision in Block 7 John Culver's Subdivision of the NW/ of the SW'/ of Section 12, Township 41, North,Range 13, east of the Third Principal Meridian, in the City of Evanston, Cook County, Illinois - • as cross -hatched and indicated by the words "HEREBY VACATED" on the plat hereto attached, which plat for greater certainty is hereby made a part of this ordinance, be and the same is hereby -vacated and closed, inasmuch as the same is no longer required for public use and the public will be subserved by such vacation, provided however, that said vacation shall be subject to any public utilities presently installed or located therein, together with right of egress and ingress for main- tenance of the same.
