THE THIRD WARD IN THE CITY OF EVANSTON, COUNTY OF COOK AND STATE OF ILLINOIS, TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY, JUNE 129 1962. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS; SECTION l s That a Special Election of the City Of Evanston be and the same is hereby ordered to be held in the THIRD WARD in the City of Evanston, on Tuesday, June 12, 1962, for the purpose of electing one alderman for the THIRD WARD of the City of Evanston, to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of Frank K. Hoover, to serve the balance of the unexpired term of said alderman so resigning. SECTION 21 That said Special Election shall be held in the City of Evanston on Tuesday, June 12, 1962, between the hours of 6:00 o'clock in the morning and 6:00 o'clock in the afternoon on said day, and shall be held at the polling places herein provided for in the THIRD WARD, to -wit t THIRD WART?
