HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCES-1963-025-O-63• 25-©-63 AN ORDINANCE Granting the Appeal of Irvin and ,dean Klingler for a Varia- tion from Nonconforming Use Regulations of the Evanston Zoning Ordiance, Adpted Novem- ber 21, 1960 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVANSTON$ COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION 1: That a variation from the nonconforming use regulation:; of the Evanston Zoning Ordinance, adopted November 21, 1960, so far as said regulations pertain to the nursing home located at 2306 Ridge Avenue in the City of Evanston, and legally described as - Sots 3 and 4 in Block 1 in Sewell, Cleveland and Simmorts Subdivision of the South g acres of that part of the N%2 of the SW/4 of Section ?, Township 41 North, Range 14, East of the Third Principal Meridian, lying West of Ridge Road, in Coon County, Illinois, is hereby granted, permitted and made so as to permit an additional patient in said nursing home, provided that the owners sign a Covenant guaranteeing the elimination of the nonconforming use of the premises by December 2, 1968, in accordance with Section XI, E.4 of the Zoning Ordinance, all in accordance with the recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
