Use hermit under the Zoning ordinance,

SECTION is That a variation from the
use regulations and for a
Special Use Pert under the Evanston Zoning Qrdinancet adapted
November 210 1.964# so far as said regulations pertain to the
property in the City of Evanston, located at 1600 Ridge Avenue#
and legally described as -
The North 120 Feet North of and adjoining the South
148 feet of flock 69 in Evanston, in Section 16,
Township 41 .North, Range 14, East of the Third
Principal Meridian, in 'Gook County, Illinois, and
in Section 130 Township 41 North, Range 13, East
of the Third Principal. Meridian;
also
Lots 1, 2 and 9 in the Resubdivision of the Re -
subdivision of Lots 1, 2 and the South 73 feet
of sots 3 and 4 in Block 69 In Evanston, in
Section 13, Township 41 North$ Range 14, East
of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County,
Illinois;
also Parcel. 1
Lot 10 in the Resubdivision of the Resubdivision

is hereby granted, permitted and made so as to permit Rotary

International. to construct an addition to the west of the present
headquarters building at 1600 Ridge Avenue, in accordance with
plans submitted to the Zoning Board of Appeals on May 21,E 1963,
all in accordance with the recommendation of the Zoning Board of
Appeals.
SECTION 2: The Diroctor of Building
and Zoning is ordered and
directed to grant a permit to Rotary International, all in
accordance with the findings and recommendations of the Zoning
Board of Appeals.
SECTION 3; This ordinance shall. be .in
full force and effect from
and after Its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
