Off -Street Loading Regulations of the Evanston Zoning Ordinance, Adopted November 21., 1960. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF k ;EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION It That the variation from the off-street loading regulations of the Evanston Zoning Ordinance, adopted November 21, 19600 so far as said regulations pertain to the property in the City of Evanston, located at 1710 Carrington Avenue, and legally described as - Lots 2, 3, and 4 in Block 16 in the Village of Evanston, a subdivision of part of Section 13, •, Township 41 forth., Mange 13, East of the Third Principal Meridian, and Sections 7, 18, and 19, Township 41 North, ROnge 14, East of the Third Principal Meridian in the City of Evanston, Cook County, Illinois, is hereby granted, permitted and made so as to permit Orrington Hotel to construct a one-story banquet room at the rear of the hotel located at 1710 Orrington Avenue, provided that the off- street parking lease arrangements meet the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance as determined by the Director of Building and Zoning and the Traffic Engineer, and provided further that this variation is granted only with respect to the plans submitted for the construction of a banquet room, and shall not be considered as affecting any ether structural change in the said Orrington Hotel, all in accordance with the recommendations of the Zoning Beard Of Appeals. SECTION 2s The Director of Building and Zoning is ordered and directed to grant a permit to Orrington Hotel, all in accordance with the findings and recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
