as

Northwest quarter of Section 300 Township 41

is hereby granted* permitted and made so as to pa=it. Harry
Flagg Baum to alter the front of the Singl$-fAMUY dwelling
located at 1106 Mulford Stvest, by enclosing the porch and
reducing the front yard from the required 27 foot to 23 feet
and eight inches, all in act*rdance with the recomondations
of the "Zoninj Board of 6`tippe014.
SECTION 21 The Director of Building
and Zoning is ordered and
directed to grant i permit to Harry Flagg Baum, all In accord-
enco with the findings and reeor endations of the Zoning Board
of Appeals.'
