AN ORDINANCE
Granting the Appeal of Irving Graiftan
for a Variation from the prong Yard
Regulations and Denying a Variation
from the Off-street Parking Regulations
of the Evanston mooning Ordinance,
Adopted November 21, 1960.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL tip THE CITY OF
EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: That the appeal, of Irving
Graifman for a variation
from the front yard regulations under the Evanston Zoning
Ordinance, adapted November 21, 1960, so -far as said regulations
pertain to the property in the City of Evanston, located at
711 Austin Street, and legally described as
• Lot 16 in Block 6, Merrill Ladd's Addition to
Evanston in the Northwest quarter of Section 30,
Township 41 north, East of the 'Third Principal ,
Meridian (except 17 feet taken for widening
Austin Street) Goon County, 1111n6is,
Is hereby granted, permitted andmade so as to permit Irving
Graifman to construct an 8-unit apartment building located at
711. Austin Street, Evanston, Illinois, subject to a front yard
of 19.32 feet from the property line and 27 feet from the side.

no access to offs -street parking facilities from Austin Street.
The appeal for a variation from the off-street parking regula-
tions be and the same is hereby denied, all in accordance with
the plan submitted before the Zoning .Board of Appeals.
SECTION 2: The Director of Building
and Zoning is ordered and
directed to grant a permit to Irving Graifman, all in accordance
with the findings and recommendations of the Zoning Beard of
Appeals.
