BE IT ORDAINED BY THE -CITY COUNCIL Of THE CITY OFF
EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, 1LLINOISa
SECTION la That a variation from the
regulations pertaining to
obstructions in yards of the Evanston Zoning Ordinance, ,adopted.
November 21, 19640 so far as said regulations pertain to the
property located at 2014 Orrington Avenue, Evanston, Illinois,
and legally described as ..
The south half of Lot 5 in Block 4 in Evanston
in the Northwest quarter Of Section 180 Town-
41 NorthRange 14, East of the Third
ship
Principal Meridian in Cook County, 111i.nois,
is hereby granted, permitted and made so as to allow Bonham M. Fox
and Mary E. Fox to erect a' 6' 10" stockade fence in the rear and
side yard.of the property located at 2014 Orri.ngton Avenue,
Evanston, Illinois, in accordance with the plans submitted,
provided that the most easterly point of the fence shall be at
least 50 feat from the front sidewalk, all in accordancewith
the Necomsendati.ons of the Zoning Beard of Appoals.
SECTION 27 The Direttor of Building
and Zoning is ordered and
directed to grant a3 permit to Bonham M. Pox and Marry E. Fox, to
oract thfi aforesaid fence in accordance with the plans submitted.
