SECT10N 1: That a variation from the
rear yard regulAtione of the
Evanston Zoning Ordinance, adopted Novomber 21., 1960# so far as
said regulations pertain to the property in the City of Evanston,
located at 1.601 Kirk Street, and Legally described as
Lot 3 in Tennessee Village, being a resubdivi.sion
of the South 10 feet of Lot 1.3, all of Lots 14,
l� and 16 in Block 1 in M. L. Jackson's Addition
to South Evanston, a Subdivision of the North half
of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter
of Section 25, Township 41 North, Range 13, East .
of the Third principal, Meridian in Cook County,
Illinois,
is hereby granted, permitted -and wade so as to permit Sidney C.
Becker to construct a single family resi.d*nce on the prop*rty
located at 1601 Kirk Street, Evanston, Illinois, v4th a rear
yard of 20 feet, all in accordance with the recommendations
ons
of the Zoning Hoard of Appeals.
SECTION 2t The Director of Building and
Zoning is ordered and
directed to grant a permit to Sidney C. Becker, all in accordance
with, the findings: and recommendations of the Zoning hoard of
Appeals.
