BE .1T ORDAIN BY THE CITY C0=1L Of THE CITY 4f EVANSTON* COOK C"TY* ILLIKOISs SECT10N 1: That a variation from the rear yard regulAtione of the Evanston Zoning Ordinance, adopted Novomber 21., 1960# so far as said regulations pertain to the property in the City of Evanston, located at 1.601 Kirk Street, and Legally described as Lot 3 in Tennessee Village, being a resubdivi.sion of the South 10 feet of Lot 1.3, all of Lots 14, l� and 16 in Block 1 in M. L. Jackson's Addition to South Evanston, a Subdivision of the North half of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 25, Township 41 North, Range 13, East . of the Third principal, Meridian in Cook County, Illinois, is hereby granted, permitted -and wade so as to permit Sidney C. Becker to construct a single family resi.d*nce on the prop*rty located at 1601 Kirk Street, Evanston, Illinois, v4th a rear yard of 20 feet, all in accordance with the recommendations ons of the Zoning Hoard of Appeals.
