is hereby granted, permitted and made so as to permit
Buehler, Ltd. to construct an addition to the building located
• at 2120 Greenwood Street, Evanston, Illinois, in accordance
with plans submitted, with a rear yard of one foot and a side
yard of 10 feet on the west, subject to appellant submitting
a satisfactory lease to the Director of Building and Zoning
for 20 off-street parking spaces, which number of spaces shall
be continuously maintained .for the life of the building, all
in accordance with the recommendations of the Zoning Board of
Appeals.
SECTION 2% The director of Building
and Zoning is ordered
and directed to grant a permit to Buehler, Ltd., all in
accordance with the findings and recommendations of the
Zoning Board of Appeals.
SECTION 31 This ordinance shall be
in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval in the mariner provided
by law.
