Directing the - Sale of Real.
Estate
'EREAS, it has heretofore been determined ghats in the

enacted a certain ordinance, known as 94-0-640 and entitled
"An Ordinance AutharIzing Notice of Proposal, to Sell Real
estate and Advertisement for Rids#* wheriby the City Manager
was authorized to give native of proposal to sell, said real
estate in the City of Evanston] and
WHEREAS, a notice oil proposal to sell was published
for three successive we*ks, to -wit, September -4, 1964.
ootober 2, 1964, and Octob B, 1964, in the Evanston Review,
a weekly newspaper- published in the City of Evanston, a copy
of which notice is attached hereto and made part of this
ordinance as Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, the first publication of said notice
less than 30 days before the day provided in tJ-4e vot
the opening of bids for the real estate and such not
contained an accurate description of the propo ,y, s

considered and opened at the regular meeting of -the
