OF rHE CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION 1: Tra!, a variation from the nonyonforming building, front yard, side yard, rear yard, and off-street regulations, and variation from lot coverage regula Ainns under the,Evanston Zoning Ordinance, adopted November 210 1960, so far as said rdgL,- lations pertain to the property in the. City of Evanston, locates: at'1306 Oak Ave<ntre, and legally_ described as Lot I 'and the South 50 feet of Lot 2 in Catherine M. White's'Resubdivision of Block 43 in the City of Evanstcn_in the Southwest quarter of Section 18, Township 41 North, Range 14, Ezst of` the Third Principal Meridian in the City of Evanston, Cook County, Il.l.inoi s s is hereby granted, permitted and wade so as to permit F. Quenti,q Brown to permit the construction of an addition to the nursing home property lo4ated at 1306 Oak Avenue,,subject to the condi- tion that the proposed open porch shall have as great a setback: as property -to the north; subject also to the elimination of tha ramp planned `for the north side of the building and subject to the execution of a contractual agreement to -provide for the elimination,of the nonconforming nursing hone at 1.729 Livingston Street within sf.x months after the date of the completion of tt�e construction of -the proposed addition at 1306 Oak Avenue, in accordance with the revised plans submitted. • s SECTION 2: The Director of Building' and Zoning is ordered and directed to grant a permit to F.
