AN ORDINANCE
Amending Section VIII, Subsection
B, of the Evanston Zoning Ordinance,
Adopted November 21, 1960
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: That the following paragraph
of the Evanston Zoning
Ordinance, adopted November 21, 1960, as amended, be further
amended so that the same shall hereafter be and read as
follows:
That Section VIII, Subsection B, Paragraph 1,
Item 1, be amended to read as follows:
111. Launderettes, laundromats, and laundries
employing not more than two persons at
any one time, provided that the visible
storage of unlaundered laundry shall not
be permitted with '4n five feet of any door
or window adjacent to a public sidewalk."
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts
•of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication in the
manner provided by law.
