BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CO%1CIL OF THE CITY OF
EVANt4*T;N.# COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION is That a variation from the
nonconforming building
regulatlons under the Evanston Zoning Ordinance„ adopted
November 210 i.+ 60* so far as said regulations pertain to the
property in the City of Hvanston# located at 2231 Bennett
Avenue, and legally described as -
The north 72 feet of Lots 11 and 12 in Stock I
in A. 14c'Daniel t s Addition to" Evanston, In the
Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of
Section ll, Township 41 North, Range 130 East
of the "'third Principal Meridian in Cook County,
Illinois,
is hereby granted, permitted and made so as to permit Allan
Abrahamson to alter the dwelling located at 2231 Sennett Avenue,,
subject to the condition that the existing house and +garege be
restuccoed, that the porch on the Est side of this building
be T*moved, and -at the house can the adjacent lot to than south
be removed, all in accordance with the recommendations of the
Zoning Board of Appeals.
