SECTION 1 i That a variation f ream the non-
conforming building regulations
under the Evanston Zoning Ordinance, adopted November .21, 1960,,
so for as said regulations pertain to the proporty in the City
of Evanston, located at 942 Custer Avenue, and legally described
as .
Lot 1 and 2 (except the North 27 feet of Last 1)
• of Railway Subdivision of North part of the South
half of strip land 02 nods (528 feat) in width
lying on the East side of the Bast half of the
Northwest quarter of Section 19* Township 41 North,
Rance 14 Bast of the Third Principal Meridian
in Cook, County, Illinois#
is hereby granted* permitted and made so as to permit. F. Wo
Means and Company to construct a one-story addition to the
existing building located at 942 Custer Avenue, subject to the
condition that no processing of linens is done on the premises
and that trucks are parked inside the building after closing
hours, all In accordance with the recome endati ons of the Zoning
Board of Appeals.

to grant a permit to F. W. Means and Company, in accordance
with the findings and recommendations of the Zoning Board of
