property In the City of Evanston, located at 2310 grant Street, -
and legally describod as -
of 3 In Annie Wunner's Resubdivision of Lots 12,
13 14 and the North 15 feet, of Lot 15 in Bloch
3 In illliam P. Thay+er's Subdivision. being parts
of the Kortherast quarter and the Southwest quarter
of SectLon 12# Township 41 Worth, Range 13* East
of the Third Principal Meridion, and a rosub-
division of Jahn sa ver's Subdivision of Lots It
20 3* 4* and 5 in Block 13 in Original plat of
Evanston, in Cook County* Illinois,
is hereby granted, permitted ,and made so as to periit Lavon
Rasta to eltot the Second floor by constructing a dormer on
