Granting the Appeal of the First
Congregational Church of Evanston
for a Variation from the Use Reg-
ulations of the Evanston Zoning
ordinance, Adopted November 21,
1960.
BE IT ORDAINED SY THE CITY COUNCIL 4F THE CITY OF
EVANSTOW" COOK COUNTY" MINOIS 3
SECTION 1s That a variation from the Use -
regulations of the Evaanston
Zoning ordinance, adopted November 21, 1960, so far as said
regulations pertain to the property ,in the City of Evanston,
located at 1417 Hinman Avenue, and legally described as
• Lots 12, 13, and 14, Block 32 in the Village
of Evanston, Section 18; "Township 41 Borth,
Range 14, East of the Third Principal
Meridian, in Cook County*' Illinois,
is hereby granted, permitted and made so as to permit the
First Congregational Church of -Evanston to establish a Child
Care Center on the second floor of the building located at
1417 Hinman Avenue, Evanston,, Illinois*', for a period of three
yearns y sub j esct to the following conditions a
1, That the enrollment be limited to not more than 50
children, agod three through five years.;
2, That with the exception of approximately six,�hildren
who arrive at the school. after 9:00 AiM.r all. other
.children be delivered to they school premises prior
to 9:00 A.M.
.. 3. That with then exception of approximately six children,
all other children of they Child Caren Center be
delivered at the rear of the building and as close
to the back door as possible. -

5. That these restrictions be eligible for review
at the end of three mouths of actual operation
of the Child Care, Center can these pranisees,
all in accordance with the recomendations of the Zoning
Ward of Appealar and as amended by the City Council of the
City of Evanston.
SSCTION 2 s The Director of Building is
ordered and directed to grant
such pamits or certificates of occupancy as shall be required
to effectuate the recommendations of the Zoning board of
Appeals, and the variation granted thdrw=ddr.
