Granting the Appeal Of Mrs. Cenola
Herman for a Variation from the
Home Occupation Regulations of the
Evanston Zoning Ordinance, Adopted
November 210 1960.

SECTION It That a variation from the home

Evanston Zoning Ordinance, adopted Novomber 210 1960, so far
as said regulations pertain to the property in the City of
Evanston, locatod it `809 Hinman Avenue,, and legally described
as►
dot 9, a Subdivision of the West half of Block
10 and -the test half of- Block 11 of White's
Addition to Evanston, In Section lg, Township
41 North, Range 14, East of tho 'third Principal
Meridian in. Gook County, Illinois,
is hereby granted,, permitted and made so as to allow Mrs.
Genvla Herman to use one apartment .in the b-adding at 849
Hinman Avenue# Evanston, Illinois, as a beauty shop, subject
to the following conditionst
1. That the operation of the shop be li anted to the
preset ovwno r;
2. That no holpers be hiredl
3. That there be only one booth;
4. That no advertising be usedl
5. That the hours be from 9s40 A.M. to 400 P.M.; and
6. That no signs be used,
all in accordance with the recommendations of the Zoning Board
Of Appeals and the City Council of the City of Evanston.

• SECTION 2; The Director of Manning and
Conservation is ordered and
directed to issue a zoning exception certificate as shall be
required to effectuate the recommendations of the Zoning Board
of Appeals and the City Council of the City of Evanston, and
the variation granted thereunder.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be in full
force and affect from and after
its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
