• 49-©-66 AN ORDINANCE Granting the Appeal of Roy Witt for a Variation Pertaining to Accessory Buildings Regulations of the Evanston Zoning Ordinance, Adapted November 21, 1960. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY., ILLINOIS: SECTION 1: That a variation from the regulations pertaining to accessary buildings, of the Evanston Zoning Ordinance, adopted November 21, 1960, so far as said regulations pertain to the property in the City of Evanston, located at 1502 Ashland Avenue, and legally described as North 25 feet of Lot 11, Block 58 in A. J. Brown's Subdivision of Lots 11 to 13 in Block' 58 in Village of Evanston, a Subdivision of Section 13, Township 41 North, Range 13 and .Sections 7, 18, and 19# Township 41 North, Range 14, East of the Third Principal Meridian in Conk County, 111inois, is hereby granted, permitted and made so as to permit Roy Witt to retain a dovecote in the rear yard of the property located at 1502 Ashland Avenue, Evanston, Illinois, subject to the condition that such use be limited to the present owner and continuance of compliance with health department regulations'and confinement'of the pigeons, all in accordance with the recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals SECTION 2: The Director of Building and Zoning is ordered .and directed to grant a permit to Roy Fitt, all in accordance with the findings and recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals. �I SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be in full force and, effect from and after its passage and approval In the 'manner provided by law.
