AN ORDINANCE
Granting the Appeal of John B. Happ, Jr.
for a Variation from the Nonconforming
Building Regulations under the Evanston
ZoniAq Ordinances Adopted November 21,
1964.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY Of
EVANSTON, C06k C t:,MYO ILLINOIS:
:SECTION 1: That a variation from the
nonconforming building regula-
tions of the Eva,nston.Zoning Ordinance, adapted November 21,
1960, so far as said regulations pertain to the property in
the City of Evanston, located at 1620 Jenks Street, and

legally described as
Lot 3 in Barth's resubdivision of Lots l and 2
in Block 30 in 'North Evanston, being a sub-
division of Lots 11 to 16 and the Nest 4.3 acres
of Lot 17 of George Smith's Subdivision of the
south part of Ouilmette Reservation in Section
12, Township 41 North, Range 13, East of the
Third Principal.Moridian in Cook County,
Illinois
is hereby granted, permitted and made so as to permit John B.
Happ, Jr. to permit the addition of a second floor -to the
existing dwelling located at 1620 Jenks Street, Evanston,
Illinois, in accordance with plans submitted, all in accordance
with the recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
SECTION 2: The Uirector of Building is
ordered and directed to grant
a permit to John B. Happ, Jr. all in accordance with the
findings and recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
