i Granting a Special Use Permit to
Swedish Retirement Association

WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended
{ that the application of Swedish Retirement Association for a
Special Use Permit to permit the construction of a four story
addition to the west side- of the existing building located at
,{ 2320 Pioneer Road, Evanston, Illinois, be granted.

;: firmed and the Director of Building is ordered and directed to

a four story addition on the west side of the existing building

7 in John Culver's Subdivision in the Northwest +

(2) that the s*orm water be handled to Accordance
with the Cartland-Ritter proposal. dated
July 14, 1966. subject to the Inspection
provisions. and recommendations of the Water
and ewer Superintendent's memoaandUm of
August 4. 1966;
(3) that specifications will provide for gas and/or
electric hosting equipment in both the old and
new buildings;
(4) . that the pa rkA ng area is screened from . the
neighborhood;
(5) that the line of the parking lot on Colfax Street
be approximately the same as the building line of
the new building; and
(6) that the illegal use of the building at 2328 Colfax
Street shall be subject to the following conditions!
a) that the use of the building; shall, be limited
to five employees of the Swedish Retirement
Associationt
b) that the subject building will be removed in
two years; and
c) that a covenant be executed and recorded cover-
ing thet above conditions relating to the building
at 232E Colfax Street,
all in accordance with the recommendations of the Zoning Board
of Appeals and the City Council of the City of Evanston.
SECTION 2: This ordinance shall be in full
farce and effect from and after
its passage and approval in the manner provided.by law.
