conforming use regulations of
the Evanston 'Zoning Ordinance* adapted Novembear 21, 1960. so
for as said regulations pertain to the property in the City of
Evanston, located at 207 Asbury Avonu€a, and legally described
as -
The north half of that part of the mouth West
quarter of the North `Vest quarter of Section 30#
Township 41 North, Range lit, East of the Third
Principal Morldian, described as follows:
Commencing 32 rods South from the middle on the
West line of said North West quarters thence
East ^40 reads parallel with, the North litre of
said Section 30; thence South 4 rods; thence
West 23 rods to the West line of said Section;
thence North 4 rods on the Vest lin of -said
.section to the place of be inning, Texcepting
therefrom that part thereof convey ed to srnard
Sorst, described as the East 1.55 facet of the
South half of the North third of Lot, 13 in the
County Clerk's Division of unsubdivided lands in
the North West quarter of said Zesction 30# also
