BE IT ORDAINED BY THi CITY COUNCIL OP TH 9 CITY Of
EVANSi`ON, COO CQUNTY, ILLINOIS;
SECTION l: That a variation from the use
regulations of the Evanston
Zoning Ordinance, adopt*d November 40 1960* so far as said
regulations pertain to the property in the City of Evaenston,
located at 1319.1321 tmerson :itrae+et, and legally described to -
Lot 13, Slotk b in Grant and Jackson's Addition
to 9vanston, the south part of th! Northeast
ousrt*r of the Northeast quarter of Section 130
township 41 North, Range 13, and part of the
Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of
Suction 18, 'Tovrnship North, Range 14, Cast of
the, Third Principal Meridian, In Cook County,
Illinois,
is hereby Qraented, permitted and made so as to permit Charles A.
Cannon to return two dwelling units on the first floor of the
building at 1319.1321 Emerson 3tratt, Evanston, Ill.inoi.s, sub *ct
to the conditions that:
1 occupancyof the room$ be limited to one , pea -ton
for each room,
(2) that such use Is limited to the present ownership,
(3) that a covenant be written embodying these conditions,
All in accordance with the racomm ndaRtions of the Zonings Board
