Nell Real Estate and Advertisement for Bids
WHEREAS, In the opinion of the corporate authorities of
the City of Evanston# the real., estate owned by the ti.ty located
on the south side of Lincoln Street imedi'ately east of the. �.

Chicago Transit Authority right of gray in Evanston, Illinois,
which is hereinafter legally described, is no banger necessary,
appropriate, requi.r*d for the use of, profitable to, or for
the best interosts of the City; and

directed to offer for sale the real property legally described

the center tine of the right of way of the Chicago,

SECTION 2: The sale of thA property hereinabove
described shall be upon the condition
that, no building permit will be issued authorizing any construc-
tion until the subject property is combined with other property
to comprise a legal zoning lot.
SECTION 3: The City Manager is further directed
to give notice of the proposal to
sell and advertise for bids by publishing such notice once each
week for three successive weeks in the "Evanston Review," a
weekly newspaper published in .the_City.of Evanston. The first
Publication shall be not less than 30 days before the day
provided in the noti.-,e for the opening of -bids for the real
estate. Said notice shall be in substantially the following
€orm:
"Notice of Proposal to Sell Real Estate and
Advertisement for Bids.
'Notice is hereby given that the'City of Evanston,
Cook County, Illinois, proposes to sell the real'
estate presently awned by it and legally described
