AN ORDINANCE
Vacating Portion of Florence Avenue,
South of Oakton Street, and Portions
of Alleys East and West of Florence
Avenue, Adjoining Chute Junior High
School..
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF
EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: All that portion of Florence
Avenue south of Oakton Street,
and portions of the public alleys east and west of Florence
Avenue, adjoining Chute Junior Nigh School, and legally de-
scribed as
That portion of Florence Avenue beginning at a
point being the northeast corner of Block 1, M. L.
Jackson's Addition to South Evanston; thence west
along the north line of said Block 19 extended east,
to the west line of the Northeast quarter of the
Northeast quarter of Section 25, Township 41 North,
Range 130 East of the Third Principal .Meridian;
thence south along said line to the north line,
extended west, of Lot 2, Jans' First Addition to
Evanston; thence east along said north line, ex-
tended, to the northwest corner of said lot; thence
south to the southwest corner of said lot; thence
west along the south line, extended west, of said
lot to the east line of Block 1, M. L. Jackson"$

point of beginning; in the Northeast quarter of
