Estate WHEREAS, it has heretofore been determined that, in the opinion of the corporate authorities of the -City of Evenston, the real estate owned by said city and located on the south side of Lincoln Street, immediately east of the Chicago Transit Authority aright of way, Evanston, Illinois, or as hereafter legally described, is no longer necessary, appropriate, required for the use of, profitable to, or for the best interest of said city; and WHEREAGO on August 8, 1966, ,t the corporate authorities enacted a certain ordinance, known as 98-0-660 and entitled "An- 0rdiAance Avthorizi.ng Notice of PrQposal. to Sell Neal. ESTATE AND ADVERTISE- MENT FOR BIDS Notice is hereby given that the City of Evanston, Cook County, Illinois, pro- poses to sell the real estate presently owned by it and legally described as: That part of Lot a in the Assessor's Subdivision in fractional Section 7, Township 41 North, Range 14, East of the Third Principal Meridian lying easterly of a line 60 feet easterly of the center line of the right of way of the Chicago, Milwaukee and St. Paul Railway Company, and west of a line drawn at right angles to the south line of the North half. of the North half of the Southwest quarter to said fractional section at a point 200 feet east of the point of intersec- tion of the easterly side line of Ridge Avenue and the said south line as measured on said south line.
