nonconforming building regul.a-
tions of the Evanston Zoning Ordinance, adopted November 21,
1960, so for as said regulations pertain to the property in
the City of Evanston, located at 907 Oaffield plaice, and
legally described as
Lot g in Gaffiel.d's Subdivision of part of the
South half of the :southeast quarter of the aouth-
wost quarter of Section 7, Township ail North,
Range 14, East of the Third Principal Meridian,
according to the plat recorded November 4 18070
as Document No. 891328t situated in the City of
Evanston, County of Cook, and Mate Of Illinois,
is hereby granted, permitted and made so as to permit John
Foster to construct a dormor to comply with the regulations
of the Housing Code of the City of Evanston, on the existing
dwelling located at 907 Gaffi.eld Place, Evanston, Illinois.
all in accordance with the recommendations ofthe Zoning Board
of Appeals.
SECTION 2: The Director of Building is
ordered and directed to grant
a permit to John Foster, all in accordance with the findings
;and recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
