AN ORDINANCE
Granting the Appeal of Roman Wojtczak
for a Variation from the Use and Lot
Area Regulations of the Evanston Zon-
ing Ordinance, Adapted November 21,
1960,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TH": CITY OF
EVANSTON, COCK COUNTY, ILLINOIS
SECTION 1. That a variation from the use
and lot area regulations of the
Evanston Zoning Ordinance, adopted November 21, 1960, so fear as
said regulations pertain to the propErty in the City of Evanston,
located at 1324 Dewey Avenue, and legally described as
• Lot 32 (except the South 20 feet) and the South
25 feet of Lot 33 in Catalpa Grove Subdivision
of Block 2 of Chase and Pi.tnerts Addition to
Evanston in the South quarter of Section 13,
Township 41 North, Range 13, East of the Third
Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois,
is hereby granted, permitted and made so as to permit the
retention of the dwelling unit in the basement of the property
located at 1324 Dewey Avenue, subject to the following conditionz:
1, That the third dwelling unit shall be permitted
for the period of the present ownership,.
2. That the appellant execute a restrictive covenant,
in the form approved by the Corporation Counsel,
agreeing to above condition,
all in accordance with the recommendations of the Zoning Board
of Appeals, and the City Council of the City of Evanston,
SECTION 2+ The Director of Building is
ordered and directed to grant
such permits or certificates of occupancy as shall be required
to effectuate the recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals
and the variation granted thereunder.
