AN ORDINANCE
Granting the Appeal of Wilma M. Slomka
for a Variation from the Use and Lot
Area Regulations of the Evanston Zon-
ing Ordinance, Adopted November 21,
1960.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY GP
EVANSTON t COOK COUNTY,' ILLINOI S :
SECTION 1: That a variation from the use
and lot area regulations of the
Evanston honing Ordinance, adopted November 21, 1960, so far as
said regulations pertain to the property in the City of Evanston;
located at 1318 Dewey Avenue, and legally described as -
Lot 29 (except the South 5 feet thereof} and the
South 10 feet of Lot 30 in Catalpa Grove Subdivision
of Block 2 of Chase and Pitner's Addition to Evans-
ton in the Southwest .quarter of the Southeast
quarter of Section 13, Township 41 North, Range 13,
East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Conk
County, Illinois,
is hereby granted, permitted and made so as to permit the
retention of the third dwelling unit in the building located
at 1318 Dewey Avenue, Evanston, Illinois, subject to the
following conditions:
1. That the third dwelling unit shall be permitted
for the period of the present ownership.
2. That the appellant execute a restrictive covenant,
in the form approved by the Corporation Counsel,
agreeing to above condition,
all in accordance with the recommendations of the Zoning Board
of Appeals, and the City -Council of the City of Evanston.
f SECTION 2: • The, Director of Building is
t ordered and directed to grant
such permits or certificates of occupancy as shall be required
to effectuate the; recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals
and the variation granted thereunder.
