Granting the Appeal of Waterford
Corporation for a Variation from
the Height and Off -;street Parking
Regulations of the Evanston Zoning
Ordinance, ,adopted November 219
1960.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE: CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1 t That a variation from the height,'
and off-street regulations of
the .Evanston Zoning Ordinance, adapted November 21, 1960, so far«
as said regulations pertain to the property located at 1519
Hinman Avenue, in the City of Evanston, and legally described
as The ;oath 49 feet of Lot 10 in Block 25 in Evanston
In section 18, Township 41 North, Kange 14, East of
the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook county,
Illinois,
is hereby granted, permitted and made so as to permit Waterford
Corporation to construct an addition to the penthouse to pro-
vide a new apartment on the building located at .1519 Hinman
Avenue, subject to the following conditions
1. That the existing ni,.ne-car garage be repaired.

2. That the entire building be brought into
conformity with the building coda ,and that
the Improvement be constructed in accordance
with the plans submi.ttod,.
all in accordance with the recommendations of the Zoning ,Board
of appeals and the City Council of the Clay of Evanston,
