SE�:T1C�4 1: That a variation from the
nonconforming use regulations
of the Evanston 'Loving QrtLna'nce, adopted November 21, 1960,
so far as said regulations pertain to the property in the
city of Evanston, located at 1412 Washington Street, and
• legally described as
The West 34 feet of Lot 11 in Block 1 of pitner
and Sons Second Addition to Evanston, a sub-
division of the North half of the North half of
the Southeast quarter and South half of the .South
half" of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast
quarter of Section 24, Township 41 North, Mange
1.3, East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook
County, Illinois,
Is hereby granted, permitted and trade so as to permit John H.
Lee to permit the tetention and expansion of one dwelling unit
in the building located at 1412 Washington ;street, Evanston,
Illinois, in accordance with plans submitted, subject to the
condition that the garage at the .rear of the property be
repaired as necessary and be made available for use by tenants
of the building, all in accordance with the recomimandations of
the Zoning Board of Appeals.
SECTION 2: The Director of Building is
ordered and directed to grant
such permits or certificates of occupancy as shall be required
•
to ef'fectuato the recommendations of the Zoning Board of
Appeals, and the variation granted thereunder.
SECTION 31 This ordinance shall be in
full Farce and effect from
end after its passage and approval in the manner provided by
law.
