Granting the Appeal. of Robert 0. Brockett
for a Variation from Fence and Yard Ob-
struction Regulations of the Evanston
Zoning Ordinance, Adapted Nv ,vember 21.,
1960.
i BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EVANSTON, COOK COUNT1l, I LLINOIS;
SECTION 1s That a variation from the Fence
and yard obstruction regulation&
of the J,vanston Zoning Ordinance, adapted November 22, 1960p so
far as said regulations pertain to the property located at
2100 Lincolnwood Drive. Evanston, lil.inoist and legally do-
scribed as -

Lot 2 in the hesubdivi.sion of Lots 99 10 and 11
in Woes Addition to Lincolnwood in the South-
east quarter of Fractional Section 11., Township
41 North, Range l3v East of the Third Principal.
iMeridian in Cook County, Illinois, �
is hereby granted, permitted and made so as to allow Robert 0.
Brockett to erect a stockade fence in the front yard of the

k property located at 2100 Lincolnwood Drive, Evanston, Illinois.'
subject to the approval of the Traffic ringineor, all in accord-
ance with the recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
SEXTION 2: The Director of Building is
ordered and directed to grant
a permit to Robert C. Brockett in accordance with the findings
and recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals.

SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be in
fu,ll, force and effect from
and after its passage and approval in the manner provided by
law.
