AN ORDINANCE
Granting the Appeal of William E. Ferber
for a Variation from the Rear Yard and
Side Yard Regulations, and Denying the
Appeal for a Variation from the Fence
Regulations of the Evanston Zoning Ordi-
nance, adopted November 21, 1960.
BE IT 6RDAIFED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIME CITY OF
EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY* I LLINOI S :
SECTION 1: That a variation from the rear
yard and side yard regulations
of the Evanston Zoning Ordinance, adopted November 21, 1960,
so far as said regulations pertain to the property in the City
of Evanston, located at 2505 McCormick Boulevard, and legally
described as -
Lot 1 in McDonough's Subdivision of part of Lot
6 "I"" of Happ's Subdivision in Evanston in the
Northeast quarter of Section 14, Township 41
North, Range 13, East of the 'Third principal
Meridian in Cook County, Illinois, according
to plat recorded August 23, 1962, as Document
No. 18570905,
is hereby granted, permitted and made so as to permit the
construction of a one-story, single-family residence with a
rear yard of 15!� feet and a roof overhang of 1€3 inches on the
property located at 2505 McCormick Boulevard, Evanston, Illinois,
and the appeal for a variation from the fence regulations of
said zoning ordinance is hereby denied, all in accordance with
the recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals and the City
Council of the City of Evanston.
SECTION 2: The Director of Building is
ordered and directed to issue al' -
necessary permits to William E. Ferber, all in accordance with
the findings and recommendations of the Zoning Board of ,appeals,

farce and effect from and after
its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
