Fischer for a Variation from the Home Occupation Regulations of the Evanston Zoning Ordinance, Adopted November 21, 1960. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION 1: -That a variation from the home occupation regulations of the Evanston Zoning Ordinance, adopted November 21, 1960, so far as said regulations pertain to the property in the City of Evanston, located at 2837.Park Place, and legally described as - Lots 13 and 14 in Block 7 of Brown and Culver's Addition to North Evanston, said addition being a subdivision of Lots 1 and 2 in George Smith's Subdivision of the south part of Ouilmette Reserve in Township 429 Range 13, East of the Third Principal Meridian in Gook County, Illinois, is hereby granted, permitted and made so as to permit the retention of the electronic repair shop in the basement of the residence located at 2837 Park Place, Evanston, Illinois, sub- ject to the following conditions: (1) that television repair shall be eliminated by June 30, 1967; (2) that all other types of commercial repair work on the premises shall be discontinued as of December 31, 1968; and (3) that a covenant of agreement to the above conditions shall be executed in recordable form by the appellant, all in accordance with the recommendations of the City Council of the City of Evanston. _ 4 i� SECTION 2: The Cir*ctor of Planning and • Conservation is ordered and directed to issue a zoning exception certificate as shall be required to effectuate the recommendations of the City Council, of the City of Evanston# and the variation granted ther+sund*r. SECTION 31 This ordinance shall be in full farce and offe+ct from and after its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
