AN•ORDiNANCE
Granting the Appeal of Edith Buelk and
Diane Douglas for a Variation from the
Use Regulations of the Evanston Zoning
Ordinance, Adopted November 21# 1960
BE.IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVANSTON,.
COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION li That a variation from the
use regulations of the
Evanston Zoning Ordinantet adopted November 21, 1960, so far as
said regulations pertain to the property in the City of Evanston,
located at 1624 Darrow Avenue, and legally described as:
The West 60 feet of Lot 5 in Wilson's Subdivision of
-Lots 1p 2, 3, 4, and 5 in Block 4 in Hinman's Addition
to Evanston, said addition being a subdivision of the
Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section
130 Township 41 North, Range 13, East of the Third
Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois,
- is hereby granted, permitted and made so as to permit the use of
the building located at 1624 Darrow Avenue, Evanston, Illinois,
I- for; business or professional offices, subject to the following
conditions:
1) that use of the building shall be limited to
business or professional offices with not
more than five employees;
2) or shall be used for storage and warehousing;
3) or for plumbing or electrical contractor's
offices and storage, and limited to five employees;
4) that any of the foregoing uses shall be limited
to hours of operation between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M.0
Monday through Saturday;
5) that the appellants must comply with the amortization
provisions of the zoning ordinance (Section XI.C.a.2.)
which require that this structure be demolished by
December 2, 1980;
6) that no trucks shall be parked on the property out-
side of the building overnight or on weekends; and
7) that a covenant of agreement to the foregoing
conditions shall be executed in recordable form by
the appellants.

Board of Appeals.
SECTION 2: The Director of Building
is ordered and directed
to grant such permits or certificates of occupancy as shall
be required to effectuate the recommendations of the Zoning
Board of Appeals.
SECTIM 3: This ordinance shall be
in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval in the manner provided
by law.
