Noosbond for a Variation from the Off -Street Parking Regulations of the Evanston Zoning Ordinance Adopted November 210 1960 BE'IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS; SECTION 1: That a variation from the off-street parking regulations of the Evanston Zoning Ordinance, adopted November 21, 1960, so far as said regulations'pertain to the property located at 527 Dodge Avenue, in the City of Evanston, and legally described as The South 12 feet and 4-5/8 inches of Lot 2 and all of Lot 3 in Block 1 in John M. Hanford's South Boulevard Addition to Evanston in the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 41 North, Range 13, East of the Third Principal. Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois, is hereby granted and permitted, and the requirements for providing off-street parking for the premises located at 527 Dodge Avenue, Evanston, Illinois, are hereby waived, all in accordance with the recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals. SECTION 2s The Director of Building Is ordered and directed to grant a permit to Hymen I. Noosbond, In accordance with the findings and recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
