Weiman for a Variation from the Off -Street Parking Regulations of the Evanston Zoning Ordinance, Adopted November 21, 1960. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COLNICIL OF THE CITY OF EVANSTON, COOS. COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION 1: That a variation from the off-street parking regula- tions of the Evanston Zoning Ordinance, adopted November 21, 1960, so far as said regulations pertain to the property located at 1628 South Boulevard, in the Clay of Evanston, and legally described as • Lot 3 in Block 4 in John M. Hanford's South Boulevard Addition to Evanston in the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 41,North, Range 13 East of the Third Principal- Mexid"n, in Cook. County, Illinois, is hereby granted and permitted, and the requirements for providing off-street parking for the premises located at 1628 South Boulevard, Evanston, Illinois, are hereby waived, all in accordance with the recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals. SECTION 2: The Director of Building is ordered and directed to grant a permit to Jerome E. Weiman, in accordance with the findings and recommendations of the Zoning Board or Appeals. SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be • in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval in the manner • provided by law.
