BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION 1. That a variation from the oft -street parking regula- tions, of the Evanston Zoning Ordinance, adopted November 210 196©, so far as said regulations pertain to the property located at 1727 Seward Street, in the City of Evanston, and legally described as w Lot 12 in Weberts Seward Street Addition to Evanston, a Subdivision of the South one-third • of the North three -ninths of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section.240 .Township 41 North, Range 13, East of the Third Principal meridian, in Cook County, Illinois, is hereby granted and permitted, and the requirements for providing off-street,'parking far the premises located at 1727 Seward Street, Evanston, Illinois, are hereby waived, all in accordance with the recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals. SECTION 2: The Director of Building is ordered and directed to grant a permit to Seymour Schechter, in accordance with the findings and recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
