Adopted by the City Council of the City of Evanston at its regular meeting held August 14, 1967. Roll Call - Voting Aye: Alderman McCourt, Newberger, Lyons, Jans, Nott, Cain, Wiscomb, Spencer, Harper, Howell, Boyer, Winfield, Trenbeth and Emrich (14). Voting Nay: None. Motion carried. Absent: Alderman ;Beck, Ward and hoover. Presiding: Mayor John D. Emery. all of which appears from the records and files in my office.
