SECTION 1t That a veviativn from the lot
area and front yard obstruction
regulations of the Fvsnston Zoning Ordinance* adapted .November 21,
1960, so for as said reguliti ins pertain to the property located
at 1111 Darrow Avonue, in the City of Evanston, and legally de-
scribed as -
Lot 23 in Block 3 in Goloo's itesubdi.vialon of Blocks
49 5 and 8 in Chase and Pitner's Addition to Evanston,
of 'the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of
Section 24 and the South half of the Southwest quar-.
ter of the Southwest fownship

is hereby granted, permitted and trade so as to permit the reten-
tion. of a second dwelling unit and a fence in the front yard on
the property located at 1111 Darrow Avenue# Evanston, Illinois,
subject to the following conditions ;
1. that the use authorised by the variation shall be
eliminated on or before November 1, 1975, or a
change in ownership, whichever shall first occur;
and
2. that the owner, shall be required to execute a
restrictive covenant in the form approved by tht
Corporation Counsel prohibiting the use of said
property

SECTION 21 The Director of Building is
ordered and directed to grant
a permit to Signe Carlson in acooardance with the findings and
tecommendations of they Zoning Board of Appeals.
SECTION 31 This ordinance -shall he in full
forces and effect from and after
its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
