BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY* ILLINOIS: SECTION li That a variation from the off -streets regulations of the -Evanston Zoning Ordinance, adopted November 21, 1960, so far as said regulation pertain to the property located at .138 Asbury Avenue, in the City Hof Evanston, and' legally described as _i Lot 1 {except that part thereof Condemned for the widening of Asbury Avenue, being that part lying East of a line parallel with and 40 feet West of i the East line of said Section 25}; 1 Lot 2 (except that -part thereof condemned for the widening of Asbury Avenue, being that part lying East of a line parallel with and 40 feet West of the East line of said Section 25) in Arthur Dunas� Howard Avenue Subdivision of that part of the South half of the North East quarter of Section 25, Township 41 North, Range 13, East of the Third Principal meridian lying South of the South line I of the North 45 acres thereof, and East of the t East line of the blest 6.358 acres of the East 16,358 acres of the South 32.506 acres of said i North East quarter of Section 2.50 is hereby granted, permitted and made so as to permit Cal-Howa:rl Homes, Inc.. to retain nine dwelling units while providing six off-street parking spaces on the property located at 138 Asbury Avenue, Evanston, Illinois, subject to the following conditions; 1. that the appellant provide by lease, or other arrangements, three off-street parking spaces within 800 feet of the subject.building, for as long as the said building is used for dwelling units that require such spaces, and 2, that a covenant of agreement to this condition shall be executed in recordable form by the • appellant, all in accordance with the -recommendations of the Zoning Board 4 of Appeals and the City Council of the City of Evanston, • 0 SECTION 2: The director of Building is ordered and directed to grant a permit to Cal -Howard Homer v Inc.* in - accordance with the findings and recommendations of the .Zoning Board of Appeals.
