Black for a Variation from Front Yard Obstruc- tion Regulations of the Evanston Zoning Ordinance# Adopted Novembar 21., 1960. f BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVAN aTONt COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION l: That a variation from the front yard obstruction regulations of the Evanston Zoning Ordinance, adopted November 21, 1960, so far as said regulations pertain to the property located at 429 Greenwood Street, Evanston, Illinois, and legally descrl.bed as - The test 71 feet of Lots ib and 11 in Block 32 • in Original Villager of Evanston, in the South- east quarter of Section 18, Township 41 North, Ranee 14, Fast of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois, is hereby granted, permitted and made so as to allow Richard B. Black to erect a masonry fence in the front yard of the property located at 429 Cireenwood Street,, Evanston, Illinois, in accordance with plans dated November 27, 1967, subject to the condition that the Traffic Engineer shall approve the location of the fence and determine that it will not obstruct vision of passing motorists on either street, all in accordance with the recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals. SECTION 2s The Director of Building is ordered and directed to grant a permit to Richard B. Black in accordance with`the findings and recommenda- tions of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
