AN ORDINANCE
Granting the Appeal of Israel A.
Tugendra j ch for a Variation from
the Fence Regulations of the
Evanston Zoning Ordinance, Adopted
November 21, 1960.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: That a variation from the fence
regulations of the Evanston Zoning
Ordinance, adopted November 21, 1960, so far as said regulations
pertain to the property in the City of Evanston, located at
• 2222 Main Street, and legally described as -
Lots lb to 24, both inclusive, in ,Block 2, in
Traver# s Subdivision of the North half of the
middle third of the North half of the Southwest
quarter of Section 24, Township 41 North, Range
13, East of the Third Principal Meridian, except
from said lots that part which lies northwesterly
of a line which is 50.0 feet southeasterly of
(at right angle measurement) and parallel with
the center line between the two main tracks of
the junction railway# now the Chicago and North-
western Railway Company, in Cook County, Illinois,
is hereby granted, permitted and made so as to permit the
continued use of the storage yard at the rear of the property
located at 2222 Main Street, Evanston, Illinois, without in-
stalling a fence on the west side of the lot along the railroad
track, subject to the following conditions:
(1) that dark green aluminum slats shall be inserted
and maintained in the existing cyclone fence;
• (2) that the lot shall be used for storage of auto-
mobiles only; and
(3) that a chain barricade or equivalent shall be
installed and maintained to prevent the park-
ing of automobiles within 15 feet of the east
property line,
all in accordance with the recommendations of the Zoning Board
of Appeals.

SECTION 2: The Director of Building is ordered
and directed to issue all necosssry

findings and r*co=ondatlons of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
SXTION 3: This ordinance shall, be in Full
farce and effect from, and. after
its passage and approval its tho manner provided by lair.
