EVANSTON, WOK 00LJNTY, ILLINOI a
SECTION l z That a variation from. the front
yard obstruction regulations of
the Evanston Zoning Ordinance, adopted November 21, 1960, so far
as said regulations pertain to the property in the City of
Evanston, located at 811 Sherman Avenue,, end legally described
as *
Lot 2 in William C. Hoag's Subdivision of Lots 8
and 9 in Block 6 in Adams and Brown's Addition to
Evanston in the North quarter of the Southwest
quarter of Section 190 Township 41 114orth* urge
14, East of the Third principal Mericdiln in Cook
County, Illinois#
is hereby grantedo permitted and made so as to permit the
retention of a fence in the front yard of the property located
at $11. Sherman avenue, Evanston, Ill.inoi.s# all in accordance
with the recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
SECTION 2 *4 The Director of Building i s
ordered and directed to issue
all necessary permits to Ann E. Bailey,, all in .accordance with
the findin9t and recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
